Availability of creations & deadlines
The deadlines are two weeks if the part is in stock, otherwise it is made to order between 2 and 3 months.

Delivery
Deliveries are made by Colissimo.

We keep you informed of each step of your order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges
You have a period of 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal (only for a purchase on the site). This period runs from the receipt of your order. The return costs remain your responsibility but in the case of an exchange we will offer you the delivery costs of your new order.

All returns must be made in the original condition. The complete product with the original packaging.

If the condition is degraded or the product can no longer be considered “new” with its packaging, the right of withdrawal becomes void. The simple return of the goods without declaration or the refusal to take delivery are not sufficient to express your desire to withdraw. You must send an email asking to exercise your right of withdrawal to antoine@dariule.fr

Products made “to order” cannot be returned.

After sales service
The luminaires are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.
All creations are repairable. If they are no longer under warranty, an estimate will be sent to you.
